The 48 hours starts when you send us your logins and files, not when you pay. If we start late, you get all your money back. We agree the finish date in writing before we send the bill.
Websites start at $3,900. Every price is on the Pricing page. You pay one time and the site is yours the day it goes live. That is the whole price.
How do I pay?
We email you a Square invoice. You never pay on this website. You can pay your Square invoice with a credit or debit card, a bank transfer (ACH), Afterpay, or an Affirm virtual card.
What do you need from me, and how long does it take?
What you want the site to do, your logo, the words and pictures for it, and your web address login. Foundation takes 2 to 3 weeks, Growth 3 to 5, Commerce 5 to 8. The clock starts when your words, pictures, and logins arrive, not when you pay.
Can I cancel the Care Plan?
Any time. You are never locked in. Stop it yourself on the Cancel My Plan page. No phone call, no fee. It runs to the end of the month you paid for, then stops.
Who owns the website?
You do, once you have paid for it. That covers your words and pictures and the design we made for your project. It does not cover things we license from other people: software, fonts, stock photos, and the reusable pieces we bring to every project. Those stay theirs, and you use them under their license.
