How much does a website cost?
Launch is $1,250/month, Business is $1,750/month, and Commerce is $2,500/month — each a 12-month service agreement. Pay monthly, or pay annually and save 10%.
Why is this a monthly plan instead of a one-time price?
Strategy, design, and development happen up front, in the first weeks of the agreement, and the monthly rate also covers hosting, security maintenance, and ongoing updates for the rest of the term. It reflects a full year of service rather than a month-to-month arrangement you'd cancel right after launch.
Do you offer financing?
Not currently. The two ways to pay are monthly or annually (with a 10% discount) — there's no separate financing option at this time.
How long does a website take?
A Launch site typically takes one to two weeks to design and build. Business and Commerce projects usually take longer, depending on pages, content, and integrations — either way, your monthly service continues afterward.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Domains are registered and owned by you, even if we help you connect one.
Do I own the completed website?
After the initial 12-month agreement is completed and the account is paid in full, you own the custom website content and project-specific design work we created for you — excluding licensed third-party software, fonts, frameworks, stock assets, reusable Jojo components, and other third-party IP. This is business information, not legal advice; your service agreement's contract terms control.
What if I need more revisions than my plan includes?
Launch includes 2 structured pre-launch revision rounds, Business and Commerce include 3. That's enough for real back-and-forth on the approved direction — if a request materially changes the agreed scope, we'll scope it as a separate change request rather than guess at an unlimited-revisions policy.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild an existing site with the same care as a new one, including migrating the content that still works.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. E-commerce is part of the Commerce plan, including product catalog architecture and payment integration.
Can you build WordPress?
We primarily build custom sites with modern frameworks rather than WordPress, but we can discuss WordPress if your project specifically calls for it.
Can you migrate my existing product catalog?
Yes — smaller catalogs are part of the Commerce plan, and larger migrations are quoted as an add-on.
Can you build animation or 3D experiences?
Motion is included at every plan, scaled to the tier, and advanced 3D/WebGL work is available as an add-on for projects that genuinely benefit from it.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No — you can pay annually instead and save 10%. Either way, it's the same 12-month service agreement.
What happens after launch?
Your site goes live, and your plan's ongoing maintenance, monthly update requests, hosting, and security continue for the rest of the 12-month agreement.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, any existing branding, and the content you want on the site. We'll guide you through exactly what's needed once we start.
Can you build healthcare websites?
Healthcare marketing websites involving regulated requirements are scoped and quoted separately. A standard plan does not include HIPAA-related application functionality.
